A letter of engagement accompanied by and incorporating our standard terms and conditions of business is provided at the commencement of any engagement to which they apply.
The conduct of insolvency appointments is regulated by the Insolvency Act and Rules 1986 (as amended) and ancillary legislation, together with professional practice regulations issued by or on behalf of our Regulatory Professional Body, the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association.
Applicable law: The English and Welsh Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it. The company does not provide services outside of the United Kingdom because of the different technical characteristics applicable to the nature of the services it provides within those jurisdictions.

In the event of your not being satisfied with our response you should bring the matter to the attention of the Insolvency Service, an Executive Agency of the Department of Business Innovation and Skills whose statutory activities include the regulation of the insolvency profession.
